Obtaining bookings for your Villa can be the toughest part of your ownership.
We handle that task for you.
We have years of experience of where to advertise on the web and how best to display the qualities of your Villa.
Most holiday makers now book overseas villas direct with the owners by using internet villa websites.
We will place your Villa on the best world-wide Villa websites, take the inquiries, direct them to your own website, inform the clients, take their bookings and enter the contact on the terms you have settled with us.
This process takes time and experience. To keep your villa at the top of the internet sites you need to update it each week and keep the availability charts up to date. We do that for you.
You will hear from us when the bookings come through. The deposit and the rental income will come straight to you.
By doing things this way you are protected. You contract direct with the client. You receive the rental income. You avoid the problems of dealing with Villa rental companies which may fall into financial difficulties.
When you inquire about using our services we will ask you to send us a completed information form and proof of ownership of the Villa. Download the Villa Owners Information form here. Please fill it in, save it and send it to us by e-mail.
You will also be asked to send us digital photos of the inside and outside of the Villa (as many as you can). The form asks for details of the area and the transport - nearest airport etc. Please also send us and the entertainments nearby too - for instance your favourite restaurants.
We will then research the Villa and the surrounding area. If the Villa is appropriate for our services we will have a long chat with you and then send you a draft contract.

We do the work:
You simply send us digital photos of your villa with information about the villa and the location and we do all the work. We enter your Villa on the internet advertiser sites, we upload the photos, we provide a description of the Villa and the locality, we keep the availability chart up to date each week. We maximise your Villa's position.
We draft the rental contract with the advice of lawyers and then you amend it.
Our contract protects you and your Villa.
We send out the contract and negotiate with the client as your agents.
We solicit and receive all of the inquiries for your Villa. You will not be troubled by spam e-mails or time wasters. We communicate with the clients. We inform them about the Villa and the area. We send them the contract. When they sign the contract the rental income is sent to you direct.
A deposit of - 50% of the holiday rental price - is paid to you when the booking is made. We do not take the deposit. We do not handle your money.
Receiving the Rent:
8 -12 weeks before the renter arrives at your Villa the remaining 50% of the rent is paid direct to you.
If you also provide linen and cleaning services these are paid in advance. We also arrange for you to receive a security deposit against breakages.
When the booking is made we invoice you for our booking fee which is 15% of the rental. This is due 14 days later.
